2013 has been very good for me.  I wanted to update you all on what I’ve been working on.  This February I had the incredible opportunity to play a starring role in a new sci-fi / post-Apocalypse web series called Darkest Times.  It was a bit of a roller coaster ride, and definitely an experience I’ll never forget.  It was a LOT of hard work and dedication by a number of talented and creative cast and crew members.  It was not an easy shoot, but nothing good comes easily.  🙂

Magnolia, the new music video / short film from the group Jakalope was released on Monday. It was written, directed and edited by RT!, who was just nominated for 11 MMVAs at the Much Music Video Awards ceremony this past weekend. We shot this back in mid-March. I always find period pieces a lot of fun to shoot and this was no different. Our costumes were wonderful, and I was surprised at just how warm a shawl can keep you when you’re outside in the middle of march at 3am in the rain for 3 hours without your coat. Who says actors don’t earn their stripes?? We fought hard for this one.
